Raised on real Mexican flavours and now rooted deep in her own patch of earth, Trish brings her love straight to the grills, DJ-disc spinning corn tortillas into tacos and turning summer parties into full-body experiences. This is her honey jar—her region, her rhythm—where she gathers fruit from her land and builds food that nourishes from the ground up. Shredded beef comes from local cows.
