In this 2-𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱, Jenna and Rovigo will guide you through the essential techniques, fundamentals, and most commonly used steps of kizomba, giving you everything you need to confidently join the dance floor and begin your kizomba journey. The workshop is designed specifically for dancers with prior partner-dance experience (such as salsa or bachata). Because of the intensive format, no previous kizomba experience is required, but a basic dance background is recommended. What you'll learn: - Fundamental kizomba steps and techniques - Musicality and rhythm through guided repetition and practice - Leading and following principles specific to kizomba - Partner connection and movement - A fun combination that will take you through an entire kizomba song This year's celebration is also 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞'𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲, so let's give her the send-off she deserves.
