A day long event to deepen and share in community! We will explore a blend of practices including Embodied Authentic Relating, Contacting the Nourishment & Primal Play Exploring Truth, Vulnerability, & Desire. Dive into the Art of Connection in this engaging workshop designed to explore deeper intimacy & connection💞 With presence, listening and attunement to ourselves, each other and the group field- We create a safe space to connect and explore our edges. We will weave various practices and games incorporating Embodied Authentic Relating, Primal Play & group exploration💫 Primal Play~is a fun, engaging embodiment play space to explore our primal selves, spontaneity, connect & express beyond words. With presence, mystery & openness~We allow what wants to emerge in connection. There will be time for a super powerful practice where people can ask for mild, medium or spicy and receive reflections, projections, feedback as to how they are perceived and received. The day will be created with safety and consent encouraging openness, authenticity, honoring boundaries, desires and explorations. We will explore intimacy, humanity, sensuality and play- not sexual connection. Timing is 1-8pm. 1-5:30 Diving in 5:30-6:30 Dinner Break 6:30-8 Contact in the Dark (Contacting the Nourishment) There is an option to participate in just the day portion if time is a concern and a possibility we will open up the evening practice to the greater community! She has been sharing embodied movement and connection practices for over 3 decades. Her offerings are heartfelt, fun, fluid, and a wonderful way to drop deeper into connection with self and others! She has a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling and is a long time Somatic Therapist specializing in Hakomi. She is also a bodyworker, dancer, yogini and meditator and has taught and led embodiment and connection practices since 1996.
