Epic Salsa Workshops for Domestic Violence support Dance for a Cause

Join us at Dance Culture on Saturday 1st March 2025 for a special afternoon of Salsa workshops dedicated to raising awareness and funds for victims of domestic violence. Our passionate Dance Culture instructors are donating their time, and the studio is providing the space, so 100% of the collected proceeds will go directly to supporting this important cause (it will go to Women's Legal Services Australia). 🕺 4 workshops in total 📍 Dance Culture, 474 Ipswich Rd, Annerley, Brisbane 🎟️ $25 for one workshop | $50 for unlimited workshops Whether you've only been learning [linear] Salsa for a few months or you're a seasoned dancer, this is your chance to learn something new, have fun, and contribute to making a difference. Every pass sold helps provide support and resources for those in need. This event is held in cooperation with Epic Walk for DV. Epic Walk is a larger event, being held on 30th March, that is raising funds for Women's Legal Services Australia. If you can lead/follow simple turns and inline turns you should be fine. For those with only a few months of experience, the goal should be not to absorb absolutely everything but to absorb just one or two useful nuggets of instruction per workshop. ** Location ** Dance Culture's air-conditioned studio can be found at 474 Ipswich Road, Annerley, directly above Yesterday's Thrift Shop.
