The practice is; listening and responding to the bodies divine nature, to witness thoughts, to allow feelings, and to move for the sake of movement itself. ~Mia E. Let’s take part in this great online experiment from our own cozy nests, until we can gather again. Please arrive ON-TIME - 7:30pm to this online dance. We stop admitting new people around 8 pm, so we can begin and end the main dance journey together, cohesively and for the completeness of the exploration. ************************************* How it works : 1. 7:30pm Arrival & Orientation. We will go over some basic Zoom participant details, connect with each other as a group, share the theme and connect with the specific Mixcloud (https://www.mixcloud.com) link for you to play on your phone or another digital device besides the one you are using for Zoom. 3. Then we "press PLAY" together and DANCE in our living rooms // kitchens // porches // bedrooms // backyards 4.
