Women's History Month is to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which recognized women's right to VOTE and to remember the contributions of notable and ordinary women, in hopes that the day will soon come when it's impossible to teach or learn history without remembering these contributions. Let's ALL continue to make history, every-day, by honoring and taking action with the feminine force we inherently share. *********************************** Ecstatic Dance with Ecstatic Soul Sessions (ESS) Online is a virtual space for each individual to move as internally guided and for the community to connect through free expression and sacred communion. The practice is; listening and responding to the bodies divine nature, to witness thoughts, to allow feelings, and to move for the sake of movement itself. ~Mia E.
