שיעור קונטקט ימי ג 20:30-22:00 עם קיארה 0542042916. קונטקט אימפרוביזציה הינה טכניקה של תנועה במגע המזמינה כל אחד להתנסות בסגנון ריקוד המבוסס על תקשורת בין הרוקדים. האיכות מתאפיינת בהקשבה, עבודה עם משקל, קשר, סקרנות, אמון, אילתור, כבוד הדדי וסיכון. השיעורים פתוחים למתחילים ולרקדנים מנוסים. ניפגש כל שבוע לתרגול קבוע שיאפשר לנו לנוע באילתור תוך הקשבה, לימוד של טכניקות באומנות הריקוד ואומנות החיים ✧✧ *Chiara MIgnani* I started to dance contact improvisation in 2005 in a long contact jam of 5 days in Casina Settarte (Puglia). I felt in love with this form, but it was not easy in that time to find places to dance! I travelled along all italy to studying and dancing CI, and that what brought me to Isral in 2009. Contact improvisation was really a discovery in my life, as a dance, as a community; a form that helped me to feel alive, to express myself, to challange myself, slowly and with respect expanding my possibilities. I would like to share what I discover, the love of dancing and being in contact, experiencing flowing, flying and falling together!
