[コンタクト・インプロビゼーション・ワークショップ：ヴァレンティン・コロトケヴィチ] ❻ 10月5日（日）18時～22時 【 捻れと拡張の物理学】 肩甲骨と骨盤（上半身と下半身）の関係性を探る ⇒scroll down for English description 【概要】 (1) 肩甲骨と骨盤の繋がりを様々な方向から探っていきます。 片方のひねりがもう片方にどのように影響し合い、身体に自然な交差を生み出し、ダイナミックな動きに導きます。 様々な体勢での探求。 まずは立ち姿勢から始め、肩甲骨と股関節・骨盤の回転を使って高さを変えることを学びます。この交差によって、引っ掛けたり支えたり（運ぶ）ための曲線が生まれます。まるで谷の頂上に向かって飛び立っていくかのように。 私たちは、パートナーの周りにいながら上半身を傾ける動きと回転の動きを組み合わせて実験し、どのような交換の可能性が私たちの前に広がるかを見ていきます。 (2) その後、肩を並べて3人で一列に並んで空間を横切り、その歩き方と「通り抜ける」動きを組み合わせ、様々なバリエーションで線を横切ります。中央のパートナーの肩から首まで移動します（I）、胸からお腹までの高さで「跳躍」し、捕らえられて宙に浮いた状態から解放されます（II）、骨盤が上がるにつれて床まで移動し、中央の人が飛び上がるチャンスが生まれます（III）。 ◉ 10月5日（日）18:00～20:00 / JAM: 20:00～21:45 ◉ 東中野区民センター多目的室 （白いドアを押してください） ◉ 参加費：2,500円 （事前登録制） ドロップイン：3,000円 ご予約・お問い合わせ：[email protected] or Izumi Kuribayashi (Messenger) [ Contact improvisation workshop with Valentyn Korotkevych ] October 5th Sunday 18-22pm Rooting & Growing - Discovering relationship between Shoulder Blades & Pelvis (upper and Lower body) (1) We explore the connection between the shoulder blades and pelvis in various ways. We learn how twisting one side influences the other, creating natural crossovers in the body that can be utilized in dance. We become aware of the dialogue between the two in various postures. Starting from a standing position, we learn to change height using rotations of the shoulder blades, hips, and pelvis. This crossover creates curves for hooking and support (carrying), as if soaring toward the top of a valley. We experiment with combining upper body tilts and rotations around our partner, exploring the possibilities of exchange that open up before us. (2) We then cross the space in a line of three, shoulder to shoulder, combining this walking style with "through" movements to cross the line in various variations.
