We will work on the basic steps of Salsa, exploring how the shoulder movements connect with the rest of the body and how we can use it to create a natural, expressive movement. You will learn how to use the shoulders in a way that feels comfortable and musical, and then integrate this movement into a short sequence, helping you apply the technique directly in your dancing. The goal is to understand how this body movement works across Salsa, so your dancing looks more fluid, confident, and stylish. 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫, we will focus on salsa partner work; through simple exercises and a practical sequence, you will explore how to improve communication, timing, and responsiveness in partner work, helping you create a smoother and more natural interaction on the dance floor.
