Evoke Dance Socials are for dancers of ALL backgrounds and levels. Fusion partner dancing was born from dancers of all backgrounds getting together and mixing it up. Dancers from WCS, Blues, Fusion, Tango, Zouk, Kizomba, Bachata, Swing & Lindy, Ballroom, and more will find a wide range of music that evokes reaching for different rhythms and figures. Fusion dance has been referred to as the mixed martial arts of social dance. The basic principles of partner dance will ground you in sparking improvisation. What is the music like? Acoustic, pop, hip hop, blues, afro-beats, kizomba, classical, instrumental, EDM, trap, dubstep, gltich step, R&B, swing, jazz, blues, soul, and Latin dance-based rhythms for fusion from tango, zouk, bachata, salsa.
