EXETER VINYASA YOGA LEVEL 1 (Prana Motion)

NEW ongoing PranaMotion Vinyasa yoga class (suitable for beginners) As many people have expressed an interest in continuing to practice with me, I am happy to announce that I lunching a new class on TUESDAY evenings 6.45pm-8pm. The class with take place http://themint.org.uk/ . The Mint Methodist Church. EXETER In The Old School Room. My intention for this class is for it to be an ongoing continuing Vinyasa Yoga Class. It will be open to all comers who have at least participated in a Beginners Course (though some complete beginners will be considered after initial conversation). So feel free to invite friends. * if who want to 'taste and try before they buy', then you are welcome to attend 1 class as a drop-in for £10. You can then upgrade to a 6/12 pass if you enjoy it and want to continue. (*note: this is not for complete beginners. They need to have attended a few other classes or a begginners class already. This class will be immediately followed by a Movement Medicine class 8-9.30pm. This will be taught by myself and Ali Young (both Qualified Movement Medicine teachers). This will be a drop-in class open to all comers and requires no experience. It is a beautiful Ecstatic Dance / Shamanic Movement Meditation and is a beautiful compliment to the Yoga.
