About this Event

Hosted by Asa Benjamin and Faith Rathbun, Fall Jam gathers the Earthdance community to celebrate 40 years of Earthdance and turn attention toward its future. Days move between contact improvisation, gathering around a warm autumn fire, and shared meals, with space held for reflecting on the past, being present with what is here now, and dreaming of what comes next. This year's theme, Future Generations, centers tending relationships at Earthdance with care so that what continues here stays strong and life-giving. Who it's for: Open to all movement levels and backgrounds. Newcomers are asked to register for the Full Jam so they can be properly welcomed and oriented; a Newcomers Welcome Gathering follows dinner on Thursday evening. What to expect: Four days of dance, community meals, a fire circle, and closing group clean. Full jammers arrive Thursday afternoon; day passes are available Thursday evening through Saturday for those who've attended Earthdance before. Date & Time: October 22–25, 2026 Location: Earthdance, 252 Prospect Street, Plainfield, MA 01070 (western Massachusetts / Pioneer Valley) Early Bird pricing ends September 16th; rates increase through Late Bird pricing October 14–21. Day passes and discounted tickets (BIPOC, 30 and under, teens) also available.
