What are tools for our bodies and minds to find new pathways by falling into the unknown? There is a dynamic space between principle and form, between the solo body and the duet. By applying solo body principles, can we go beyond the duet form to find our own lifts and falls? In this workshop we will train to trust our falls, learn how to use principles that support our flights, explore, lab and especially play and enjoy the common and unique ways into our duo-dances on the floor and on higher grounds. We will create this space for exploration and learning for people comfortable with dynamic level change, giving and taking weight and inversions.
