Family Social Dance, September edition

Hey Guys! Many of you requested it, so we are back!!! Remember how you used to go out and enjoy dancing every week without thinking too much or planning in advance? For many of us, Family and responsibilities got in the way (in a very good and positive way, LOL!!) and going out to dance has been harder without worrying about getting a babysitter or having to come home early. *** I don’t know about you, but we miss being around the latin dance community.*** So what about having a place where you can enjoy dancing, having a few drinks, chatting with friends and having your family with you at the same time? The Family Social Dance will give you the best of both worlds : ** A great afternoon full of music, dance, and banter with friends while having your kids around you playing, dancing, and having fun. ** A place where you can enjoy dancing the best of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba played by yours truly DJ Frenchy . ** There will be a dedicated area for kids to enjoy dancing, playing, colouring, face painting and others activities, etc….It’s a great way to show our kids a positive way to enjoy life by dancing with people from all over the world. ** The bar will be open for you to enjoy a few pints, wine, tea, etc. I know we talked about family, but we are not exclusive, EVERYONE IS VERY WELCOME!!!! When: Saturday 1st September (Mark the date!) Time: From 2.30pm to 6.30pm Where: Firhouse Community & Leisure Centre (24 Ballycullen Rd, Dublin 24) Entry: Adults: 6€ Children: Free (Donations helping towards arts & crafts supplies and other activities are welcome) IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: - Parents are FULLY responsible for their children: The kid’s area is not a creche, so you can enjoy dancing but also know where your children are at all times. - By respect of everyone concerns, please avoid giving food, touching or taking photos of children without the consent of their parents. (Be mindful that kids could have allergies) - Drink responsibly as you will be with your family Our intention is to turn this event into a regular Family meet up platform, so everyone can enjoy themselves!
