Fancy Footwork Highlights Oslac’s Lessons at February 5th WCW

Pausing from her duties running one of the best dance studios the Southwest suburbs—Heart & Sole Dance—renowned dance instructor Maren Oslac teaches at West Coast Wednesdays (WCW) on February 5th. Maren is acclaimed in Chicago and nationwide for both her teaching skills and her dedication to teaching the next generation of dancers—a dedication that carries over to lessons she has taught previously at WCW. Maren will take novice dancers through the basics with her brand of drills and technique to make the foundation of the dance solid. She will take the intermediate dancers, and improve their footwork to guide them further along in the their dance journey. Maren’s lessons for the evening will cover: – For the 7:00 novice/beginner-level lesson – Foundation is Everything – Learn and clean up your basics. – For the 7:45 intermediate-level lesson – Fancy Footwork – Impressive footwork moves that will take your rhythm and style to the next level. OPEN DANCING Open dancing starts at 8:30 pm with guest DJ Don Schanaberger spinning current and new West Coast Swing favorites.
