Fast Room at The 9:20 Special: SF Shuffle & Shag Week Edition!

Join us at The 9:20 Special - Swing Lessons and Dancing in San Francisco on December 5, for our special Fast Room at The 9:20 Special: SF Shuffle & Shag Week 2019 Edition! We’re so excited to be featuring renowned swing DJ Shana Worel visiting us from Pasadena, CA! Shana started swing dancing in 1998 and has been a dancer, DJ, organizer, and instructor steadily ever since. Over the last 16 years, she has taught hundreds of weekly dance classes with students of all levels in Lindy Hop and Balboa. She has been the Head DJ and a featured DJ at international events such as All Balboa Weekend, California Balboa Classic, and Camp Hollywood. We are so excited for her to share her love of swing music with the Bay Area! We welcome all styles of swing, and will be playing primarily fast swing music that is ideal for balboa and collegiate shag. The main dance will be held from 9:30pm - 12am, and your dance admission will cover both rooms.
