Feels Like Zouk at Esquina Tango

Brazilian Zouk is happening at Esquina Tango! Hosted by Cliff Clive and Allison Crenshaw. Beginner Class 6-7pm — We’ll play some low music to give people a chance to practice together, give and receive feedback, socialize, and learn from one another. Hosts Cliff and Allison will also be available to coach newcomers on the basics to help them feel more natural and confident on the dance floor. We tend to focus on understanding musicality and body mechanics that help dancers to understand the feel and flow Brazilian Zouk. Planned end time is 9pm but if we have the crowd, we will go later🕺 Entry cost for the social is donation-based, and already covered for those who take the beginner class. *** PLEASE NOTE that masks will be required at this event. *** We have made this decision based heavily on the fact that there are many members of our Austin Zouk community who are hesitant to resume social dancing, and we want to provide at least one option for those who feel more comfortable this way.
