Fernhill's ✨High Holy Holiday,✨ The Return to the Park,🌳 ....and our Annual Gathering in Celebration of the Heat of Summer, 𝘏𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘴 𝘎𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘴, the Pull of the Poles Towards A Union that Sparks Creation... 💥 ....and that ripe summertime juiciness 🍑,the nectar we get to drink, exude, and share with one another as part of our ALIVENESS. And our Aliveness feeds the World in Ways She Needs. It's a Prayer AND a Party. (And a Picnic!) 🧺 So come Celebrate Together in Community! Come Early, Bring Flowers and Altar Items, Bring your Blankets, your Squish, your Snacks to Share and Delight for an all day picnic... We are blessed to have Cheryn Rose and StarGarden serving tea beneath the trees! 🫖 This Year will feature: An Opening Ceremony Connection Opportunities to Weave Us in our Circle A Double-Wave Ecstatic DANCE brought to you back2back by K.Maitri AND Permissionary (in honor of uniting the masculine and feminine) And THEN.... The Ancient Ritual re-enacting the Union of the Masculine and Feminine-- Consciousness and Action-- Shiva and Shakti-- the Green Man and the Goddess-- The Union which Sparks Creation.... We Invite YOU to participate... ....there will be the Masculine represented by a large Pole to be anointed, drummed around, imbued with the essence of Excellence as the Masculine dreams it... ...There will be a hole lovingly dug in the earth, to be adorned with flowers, filled with milk and honey, sung to, and soaked in the Dreams of Feminine Love... There will be an open Field Between, where the energy of Fluidity and Connection will Frolic and Play with the two Poles as they near one another... And all of us are invited to be with whatever part of the Ceremony speaks to you, as we carry the Sacred Pole to the Sacred Hole, Symbolizing Divine Union and Infinite Creative Potential. And then we Dance Around the Maypole! -- Always a highlight. Picnicking, Connection, Frolicking, and Cavorting highly encouraged throughout!
