Festa Junina - a day of traditional Brazilian food, music, dance, fun & festivities! This year we're back in the Harcourt Bar & Garden (aka Dtwo) and we're teaming up with Padoca to give you a super traditional Festa Junina food experience as well as amazing entertainment, decorations, fun & festivities. Expect over 1,000 party people dressed up with checkered shirts, straw hats, fake freckles, painted gap teeth and pigtails at Ireland's leading arraial celebration! FOOD : - Padoca will set up barriquinhas selling traditional food around the venue. There will be lots of food and it's delicious! MUSIC : - Forró Namangaia - Banda Absoletos from Casa Sertaneja - DJ Heron - DJ Samuuh DANCE : -The famous Quadrilha by Forró Ireland MARKET: - Arts & Crafts market organised by Body Soul Events BEST DRESSED CAIPIRA COMPETITION : - Prize €100 . Look out for the Real Events photographer on the day and get your photo taken. We will select our favourite costumes and do a poll on Instagram to find the winner.
