Movement Games: 6-6:45 Ecstatic Dance: 7-9 Celebrate the holidays, freedom in your body, community, and the gift of dance with us! We will have an extended warm-up class, engaging in movement games to explore both the simplicity and complexity of movement. These games are designed to discover new layers of freedom and improvisation in our bodies and open connection to moving with others. Afterwards, the Wandering Warrior (he's back for the holidays!) will spin some juicy ecstatic dance tunes from around the world.
