Finding Alignment and Joy in Zouk!

In this special one-off workshop, Rachel Meth will be introducing some techniques to work on our alignment and prevent injury in our dancing, and then we will learn some fun Brazilian Zouk moves. Rachel started our beloved scene and we are so glad to have her here to teach. Prior Brazilian Zouk experience is not required but is recommended, as this workshop will dive deep into technique and assume some knowledge of basics. After the 90-minute workshop, get ready to break it down with us as part of our NCZoukFest Pre-Party! Please note that class will start half an hour earlier this week, so 7-8:30pm! Passes are $20 in advance; avoid fees by paying in cash at one of our socials. Tickets will be $25 at the door. Tickets include entrance into our weekly social afterward, which runs from 8:30pm-11pm and will be full of extra energia this week as we prepare for our big festival.
