First Saturday Dance at Studio One! October 1st!

Time for something different! This month we are bringing you for the first time in for-freaking-ever a Balboa lesson, taught by the amazing Matt Richey. I have always felt like if there was more Balboa in Chico it would be my favorite dance hands down. So come out to learn this awesome dance, and check out the videos below for some examples on what this dance is! We are excited to start offering mixed ballroom dances the first Saturday of every month at Studio One. There will be a lesson from 7-8, then a mixed social dance from 8-11. Just $5 for the lesson and dance! Look for a huge variety of styles from Argentine Tango to Carolina Shag with everything you can imagine in the middle. October 1st- Balboa taught by Matt Richey November 5th- West Coast Swing taught by the amazing beautiful Tara Trafzer! U.S. Open Demos, "That Chico Team" will perform, along with some other friends from the area showing off their routines for the U.S. Open For the first few months these dances are going to be hosted by "That Chico Team". A portion of the proceeds from these dances will go towards helping the team get to the U.S. Open. See you all on the dance floor
