Flyght. Launch into the flight. Leaning on the gravity, in the air, opening space in the bones to land lightly on the other. The intention of what you want to reach is the first step to take off. In this 5 (five) hours workshop we will approach the fundamentals of flight, its variations and development. To land lightly on the other body is to open space in the bones and pulse with the rhythm of those who support us. Supporting the flying is to ground the base without losing the dynamics of own tonus and movement in space. Yielding, pushing, reaching, pulling, launching... runing, pauses, looks, touches, support, among other actions and movements will be paths for flow, muscle dynamics, jumps, supports, flight and landing in this Contact Improvised workshop.
