Flow in Zouk with Anderson Mendes + ZOUK SOCIAL

VSEBINA: Na zouk dnevu bomo delali na treh temeljih brazilskega zouka: - - gibanje (movement), - občutenje glasbe (musicality) in - medsebojno povezavo (connection). UČITELJ: Anderson Mendes de Rocha je priznan plesni učitelj, specializiran za brazilske plese, zlasti zouk in sambo, s katerimi se ukvarja že več kot 20 let po vsem svetu. Je kreator Branderson tehnike, ki poudarja avtentično izražanje in globoko povezanost s plesnim partnerjem. V svoj ples vključuje tudi elemente eutonije, metode, ki raziskuje zavestno delo s telesom za izboljšanje gibanja, ravnotežja in sproščenosti. Eutonija pozitivno vpliva na ples, saj (1) izboljšuje telesno zavedanje, kar vodi k večji kontroli nad gibanjem, (2) zmanjšuje napetost v telesu, kar omogoča lahkotnejši in bolj pretočen ples, ter (3) krepi povezavo med partnerjema, saj spodbuja senzibilnost in poslušanje v gibanju. Dogodek bo potekal v angleščini. *** EN *** CONTENT: In this zouk day we're going to work on the three fundamentals of flow in Brazilian Zouk: - Movement, - Musicality, and - Connection. During the workshop, we'll focus on these fundamentals individually over 4 hours of classes and then bring everything together for some fun practice. TEACHER: Anderson Mendes de Rocha is a renowned dance teacher, specializing in Brazilian dances, particularly zouk and samba, with over 20 years of experience teaching around the world. He is the creator of the Branderson technique, which emphasizes authentic expression and a deep connection with the dance partner. He also incorporates elements of eutony, a method that explores conscious bodywork to improve movement, balance, and relaxation. Eutony positively impacts dance by (1) enhancing body awareness, leading to greater control over movement, (2) reducing tension in the body, enabling lighter and more fluid dancing, and (3) strengthening the connection between partners by encouraging sensitivity and listening through movement.
