Followers technique & decorations - 4 week course

Join this 4 week course with me when I will be covering ladies technique and decorations at the Sun Cliff Hotel studio on the East Cliff in Bournemouth. There is a free car park at the hotel. Each class will be intensive from 8.15-9.15pm, please arrive a few minutes early so that we can change shoes and start on time. This is open to a maximum of just 8 ladies and pre booking is essential. Each class is £15pp or book all 4 in advance for £45pp. Starting with the barre, I will be working the following over the 4 weeks: - Technique of the ochos, both forwards and backwards - Decorations in the timing of the pivot, including castigadas, boleos and enrosques - Showing how these decorations are used as a tool to help other movements - Looking at the technique of the giro - Exercises for correct balance and posture The class will be intensive and we will be looking at a mixture of exercises both at the barre and standalone so that we can develop posture, balance, musicality and confidence!
