𓇼𓇼ECSTATIC DANCE 𓇼𓇼 ———A Forest event———— [N O T E !!: There are posts (inlägg) in the event with directions to the dance spot, playlists & important information. The posts aren't always visible on the Facebook app unless you find the "main event". But they are visible on desktop.. Can't figure out why..] Come and explore yourself in movement and connection. You’re welcome regardless of your previous experience of ecstatic dance or movement in general. This is a space for you to explore different ways of moving and being in your body together with others and nature. There is no choreography or anything specific you need to follow. Just show up as yourself and be present with everything that is moving. The music will be a mix of different energies; heavy earthy rhythms, soft allowing tunes and fiery intensity. ⭑𓇼★ WHEN ★𓇼⭑ SCHEDULED DATES: 29 june, 6 july, 13 july, 20 july. Drop in from 17.45, start at 18:00. Finish at 20.00. ⭑𓇼★ PAYMENT ★𓇼⭑ I kindly ask for a small contribution of anything between 50 sek - 200 sek that you feel is a reasonable amount for you. But slight rain in an okay temperature can be wonderful to move around in. In case I have to cancel I will announce it here in the event on the day… 🔥 No talking/phones/photos/substances on the dance floor. ⭑𓇼★ VIBE ★𓇼⭑ A space for you to bring all of you, to release old energies and just be yourself. I’ll create the space by helping the group to land, breathe into our bodies and the forest. I’ll guide just a little bit through a meditation/landing and inspire a few ways to move. Most of our time together will be spent freely with only the music as our guide. After the movement we will close the evening together as a group with a guided meditation and optional sharing. Feel free to use your voice during the dance and to invite contact with others (always accepting if someone doesn’t want to engage in contact). I will encourage you to look out for your own needs and wants. Take breaks when you need to. We have picked a secluded spot in HISINGSPARKEN. THE WALK TO THE DANCE SPOT CAN BE A LITTLE TRICKY! It’s approximately 10-15 min from the bus stop. There are also pay parking spaces on Slättadammsgatan, outside the entrance to Hisingsparken. (Probably other good spots that I don't know about.) ⭑𓇼★ FACILITATOR ★𓇼⭑ Originaly started up by Amanda Elinorsdotter as facilitator and the upcoming dates that seen in the event will be facilitated by Jens Öhman. ★Jens Öhman In lead position of the Tung Gung events that is daytime and sober celebration with breathwork, somatic practice, connection practice and ofcourse alot of dancing. + I am a facilitator at 5 elements Ecstatic Dance in Kviberg Göteborg.
