He is currently considered as one of the greatest revelations of the northeastern music. He composes music pearls about his roots and love. Fábio has already done 3 tours to Europe, he released 4 CDs ("Matuto Sinsinhô", "From Recife to Juazeiro", "Fábio Carneirinho in the yard", and "Fala") and 2 DVDs and he is now in the phase of designing his fifth CD and third DVD. The first DVD "Fábio Carneirinho no terreiro de casa" was recorded in 2006, with contributions by Joãozinho do Exu, Flávio Leandro, Chico Pessoa and Luiz Fidélis.
