If so, come and learn how to integrate these practices to deeper levels of understanding through weekly live online classes with Evelyn. ‘Foundations of Flow’ draws from Evelyn's curriculum and captures the core of her techniques and approaches to Brazilian Zouk in fine detail. Explore ways to compliment your movements with your arms, integrate a deeper awareness of alignments with our upper body to develop a softer connection at the same time. 🌺 WHAT THE COURSE WILL COVER: Learning and training geometric patterns connected with movements Cleaning up your footwork and clarifying your basic steps Nourishing your mental posture with exercises connected with breath. Complimenting your arms in your dance Exploring chest articulations connected with head movements A Choreography on the last week with personal feedback Evelyn’s approach will guide you to challenge yourself to grow in new ways ​​💃 All the Live classes will be recorded and posted into the Facebook Group 4 days after the LIVE classes.
