FPW - The Next Level

Focus Point Workshops are BACK... and heading for the Next Level! The workshops will be primarily in Salsa with the incorporation of body isolation drills and movement exercises. Along with technical and challenging turn patterns we will also focus on timing, music, footwork, flair and style! This workshop is aimed for Intermediate to Advanced dancers only (2-3 yrs +) as it will entail fast paced progression and you must have a sound understanding and knowledge of everything that is learned in previous levels of Salsa. This is the next step up guys! Expect to drill complicated and challenging turn patterns, perfect spinning techniques, add smooth shines and styling within dancing. The aim is to raise your level of dancing, to execute with precision and confidence on the social dance floor but also with the possibility of creating a performance showcase for anyone who would be interested. Cost: £15 per person for 2 Hour Workshop Time: 12 noon - 14:00pm Where: Upstairs Studio at The Southbank Club
