Free Brazilian Dance Classes with Carol & Bilisco

Zouk Vienna Connection is happy to announce another cooperation with Brazilian Dance teachers! Jefferson Bilisco and Carol are dancers, teachers and choreographers from Rio de Janeiro. Their heart is deeply with Samba de Gafiera, but they dance many other dances such as Forró, Zouk, Bolero, Funk,... Apart from Brazil they performed in various places in and around Vienna and also in Brno last weekend at WestZoukTime! See video below... They are not only awesome dancers, but also awesome people and we had so much fun in the car going back at 6 AM to Vienna... ;-) ...and in our meeting about the classes tonite... Come to see how they teach on THU, 8 FEB 2018 @ PASSION CLC! All dances are complementing in an optimal way Zouk dancers or for new dancers as well... We start at 19:30 and will go though all the 4 dances. Com formações distintas, mas confluentes em vários momentos, Bilisco e Carol apresentam um samba de gafieira jocoso e de uma irresistível "loucura" coreográfica, que diverte, encanta e seduz. Estudaram danças de salão com grandes nomes como Isnard Manso, João Carlos Ramos, Kadu Vieira e Viviane Soares, Léo Fortes e Robertinha, Carlos Bolacha, Hellen Castro, entre outros. Também pesquisamos à dança de salão pensando por uma abordagem contemporânea, o encontro pode oferecer novos modelos de diálogo nas danças a dois. Tanto para, professores e pesquisadores, temos como condução mútua e compartilhada, além de outros conceitos e métodos que proporcionam mais conforto e conexão para as danças a dois. Ex-integrantes da Cia. de Dança CCC, do coreógrafo Isnard Manso (onde Bilisco esteve por doze anos, dançando os quatro espetáculos da Cia. e sendo professor da casa durante esse período; já Carol permaneceu por dois anos e foi bailarina do último espetáculo da trupe), a dupla tem uma ampla formação que passa por diversas técnicas que vão além da dança de salão: balé clássico, interpretação, acrobacia de solo e capoeira. Atualmente são graduandos da Licenciatura em Dança pela Faculdade Angel Vianna, do Rio de Janeiro, o que contribui decisivamente para sua qualidade pedagógica. Bilisco teve ainda oportunidade de dançar em grandes montagens, como diversos shows dos cantores Arlindo Cruz e Bebeto, além da turnê europeia do espetáculo Brasil Brasileiro, do diretor argentino Claudio Segovia e de muitas comissões de frente do grupo especial do carnaval carioca. Carol se apresentou em vários eventos importantes em algumas cidades do Brasil - e juntos, mesmo em tão pouco tempo como parceiros, integraram como competidores o Gafieira Brasil, onde sagraram-se campeões por equipes, e como professores, o workshop Sambrasil-SP, ambos em 2017. Atualmente são professores da Escola de Dança Ponto de Encontro, no Rio de Janeiro, cuja direção está a cargo da professora Bia Trope, e da Referência, no Jockey Club Brasileiro, dirigida por Renata Versiani. ZOUK-VIENNA CONNECTION ========================= is Vienna's first and only association (Verein) dedicated specifically to BRAZILIAN ZOUK, but also other Brazilian dances. To book classes it is not necessary to pay neither initial, nor regular membership fee apart from the cost for the specific course(s). We are organizing classes, parties and other events since 2011 and have profound experience in teaching Zouk & Samba de Gafieira and organizing dance events. Terms & conditions / Teilnahmebedingungen: (English version per request) Registrierungen gelten jeweils für einen gesamten Block (4 Wochen) und gelten durch Annahme des Zouk-Vienna Connection Offerts als Vertragsabschluss, sind also innerhalb der Deadlines bar zu bezahlen. Einzelne Tage/Stunden können zum Einzelstundenpreis gebucht werden. “Drop-in“ (einfach kommen) prinzipiell möglich, kann aber bei ungünstigem Herren-/Damen-Verhältnis abgewiesen werden. Deshalb besser immer vorher melden (FB Msg oder [email protected]). Ein Block abzgl. einzelner Tage/Wochen (Krankheit, Verhinderung durch Job,…) kann nur in Ausnahmefällen und nur nach Rücksprache (Entscheidung des Vereins) gebucht werden. Die diesbezügliche Preisgestaltung erfolgt individuell. Gebuchte Kurse können aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht auf eine andere Person überschrieben werden und müssen für den gebuchten Zeitraum und Kurs verwendet werden! Die Organisation behält sich das Recht vor, einen oder beide Instruktoren zu ersetzen, den Unterricht mit nur einem instruktor durchzuführen, Termine zu verschieben oder gänzlich ausfallen zu lassen und in letzterem Fall die entsprechenden anteilig bezahlten Kursbeiträge rückzuerstatten (die Entscheidung über Verschiebung oder Ausfall obliegt der Organisation), den Kursort zu ändern oder andere Änderungen vorzunehmen. Kurse werden bei einer Teilnehmeranzahl von weniger als 3 Paaren möglicherweise abgesagt. Zur besseren Information im Falle von Änderungen bitte Telefonnummern bekanntgeben und die bei der Anmeldung angegeben Email-Adresse regelmäßig überprüfen. Sollten weder Email-Adresse noch Telefonnummer bekanntgegeben werden, können wir im Falle von Änderungen keine Information garantieren und im Falle von versäumten Stunden erfolgt kein Ersatz.
