Join us as we go through a globetrotting sonic journey through the many carnivals of the Earth. A cacophony of fun, dancing, and confetti sound-tracked by the very best in all genres from Dancehall, Bashment and Soca through to UK Funky, Garage, Afrobeat(s), Global Club and even Salsa - full spectrum carnival business. The vibrance and energy of these events is powerful – both in reality and soul. Carnivals from across the Americas, Caribbean, Africa and Europe testify to this. It’s fun. It’s exciting. It’s impossible not to shake your legs too. This is the atmosphere we welcome you to, as well as a tropical Patterns basement the likes of which you’ve never seen before! And there’s more to this equatorial fiesta… it’s free of charge before 12 with names on the wall and you may just get your hands on some incredibly fun party tools too. Alongside our usual party bags will be horns, whistles and a whole load of confetti. All of course brought to you by a host of local selectors providing that infectious blend of sounds that get bodies moving in carnivals all around the world.
