FREE Dips and Lifts for Social Tango Workshop , Open Workshop and Cardiff's Inclusive Milonga

On Saturday 8th November 2025 we are bringing a special Lifts and Dips for Social Tango Workshop. Tara, Amelia, Sarah, Ben and Chris will teach the lifts workshop which is limited to 12 couples only. The workshop will feature a warm up and brief induction to the basic tango moves needed for the lifts and the actual lifts for social dancing and stage. **The lifts workshop is for couples, so if you need a partner, please contact us!!** There will then be a general open workshop that is not limited with Chris and Alison. After the workshops there is time for food then we will hold a 3 hour mixed music milonga (tango social dance) and it's all FREE.
