Flashmob Theme: Alleviating LONELINESS AfroMoon World UPDATE!!! Hello everyone, We are happy to see so many people being enthusiastic about the upcoming Flashmob. The upcoming Flashmob Will have a 6 phase format. Phase 1: Urbankiz/Kizomba for beginners In this phase, you will learn some basic moves and choreo. Of course you can still join if you are an advanced dancer ;) Phase 2: Urbankiz Intermediate/Advanced You will get to learn some intermediate and advanced steps of urbankiz. Phase 3: afrodance beginners In this stage, you will learn a simple choreography meant for people with no dancing experience. Of course you can still join if you are an advanced dancer ;) Phase 4: Afrodance Intermediate/advanced This stage is meant for people with afro experience. The choreo will be difficult and a little intensive. Phase 5: Group Choreography (everyone will join) In this stage, everyone who wants to participate in the Flashmob project is obligated to learn the choreo. This is the most important part of the project as we need to all be together. Phase 6: Afro Animation This will be the closing phase of improvisation, randomness and fun. However, there will be moments where we will have to be following signs from the leading dancer. Please note that Urbankiz/Kizomba is a partner dancing style, meaning that you need to have someone to dance with. And it will be ideal if you register with a dancing partner. However, afrodance do not require any partner. This means that you can register as an individual. After registration is closed, WhatsApp groups will be created with respective phases accordingly. Should you be participating in all phases, then you will be in multiple WhatsApp groups. No worries, these groups are strictly going to be for providing you with the materials and information regarding the Flashmob ( no spanning 🙈) In each group, we will provide choreo tutorials, and rehearsals schedules. Also, every phase will have 2 hours for rehearsals for a specific given day ( please learn all steps and choreo beforehand so that we can maximize the time we meet togethern.
