FREE: Meditation, Music and Movement Playshop!

FREE PLAYSHOP WITH LIVE MUSIC, MEDITATION & YOGA with Natalie Goff & Cosmic Hue Saturday, February 4th, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Cosmic Hue will provide live music for this uplifting "playshop" featuring segments of guided meditation, slow flow yoga and ecstatic dance with live music. We begin with a guided meditation with soft music featuring the breath of flute and didgeridoo and the heartbeat of hand pan and Native American frame drum. This prepares us for a yoga class taught by Natalie Goff, and live music that flows effortlessly with your movement. We close with upbeat ecstatic dance with African drumming that will lift your spirits and give everyone a chance to let go. The music will be performed by Kalidasa Joseph Getter on flute, sax, didge, percussion and electronics and Craig Norton on hand pan, drums, percussion and didge. They have been performing together in a variety of world fusion and Kirtan bands and in yoga and Tai Chi classes for years.
