How to Prepare • Prepare a private space where you will not be disturbed and can freely move and express yourself. • Make it a sacred space. Light candles, have a sacred image, object or crystal/s nearby. Perhaps have some sage, palo santo or essential oils on hand. • Prepare a yoga mat, bed or cushions that you can use for the lying down breathwork journey, as well as some blankets or sarongs in case your body cools • Have water, tissues and a journal on hand.
