ST KILDA FESTIVAL @ Clocktower on St Kilda Esplanade Swing Patrol returns to this iconic Melbourne street party, providing free lessons and entertainment for festival-goers. And we’re back again at our favourite spot, in front of the Clocktower on the Upper Esplanade.
