This event will feature 3 pillars of wellness programming to help address burnout, stress, mental and physical trauma. Pillar I (Rest/Relaxation) Pillar II (Movement/Restoration) Pillar III (Ecstatic Dance). All activities will be set to custom soundscapes distributed to a maximum of 50 participants using a silent disco system.
