About this Event
In collaboration with Cliftonville bowls club, outdoors on St George's Lawn and The Studio (fitness & dance). Lumba and Project lawn hosts it's first 'unique' mindfulness (Free) wellbeing day in Cliftonville. Keep scrolling for current timetable. Fun workshops/activities, talks throughout the day by talented local instructors and speakers. All are welcome. Under 16yrs will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Selected workshops that are held indoors will have limited spaces. Attendance will be on a first come first served basis.

10.45am - Learn The Charleston with Jerome Anderson - The Lawn (O)
From 10.30am - Intro 2 Bowling with Cliftonville Bowls Club (O)
11.30am - Fun mindfulness activities with Leon (O)
12.15pm - 'Think of your World a different way' Let's put Pencil2Paper with Ellen Thatcher - The Lawn (O)
1pm - Q&A session with Geoff Brinsden from H.O.P.E community service (Helping Others Powers Encouragement) Q&A will focus on Mental health, self isolation. Accessing local services. The Studio (I)
1.45pm - European dance circle - French, Romanian, Flemish with Ernestine
2.30pm - American tribal belly dance. No experience necessary. An Earthly holistic workshop. Why not bring a skirt to (open to everyone. fully inclusive) with Vanessa Guildford - The Lawn (O)
3.15pm - 3.30pm break
3.30pm Nakeleka 'Repair Your Body'
4.15pm - Fun mindfulness activities with Leon
5pm - Until we see You again

Things to watch out for on the day:
*The Gratitude Wall
(We invite you to write down on a post it note anything that makes you feel grateful and stick it onto the wall. Pens/paper/sticky tape available)
*Find a Quote
(Scattered and hidden around the lawn will be a selection of wellbeing quotes pinned to small blocks of wood. Take some time out and search for them amongst the wild flowers and butterflies)
*The Sandpit
If there's a workshop not to your liking. We have a dedicated area for you to amuse yourself. Take your pick on: Jenga, Bean bag twister, Hula hoops, skipping and a selection of board games.
