אנגלית בהמשך - *English below* ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ והשבוע, חימום מגניב עם Lihi Milgrom על המוסיקה DJ Sna-E Lihi Milgrom ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ רוצים לחגוג איתנו? הרשמו כאן וניצור איתכם קשר :) https://forms.gle/nQx2uZvhB1PvLncG8 ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ המדיה ווסט הוא מועדון ווסט קואוסט סווינג חינם, הפועל על בסיס התנדבותי. המועדון מיועד לסטודנטים, אבל פתוח בשמחה לקהל הרחב. הייחוד של המדיה ווסט הוא שיטת המדיה נוצ'ה (מועדוני הסלסה באוניברסיטאות ברחבי הארץ): 1. מי שיודע מלמד את מי שלא יודע 2. אם לא תעשו לא יהיה כך, כולנו חלק מההקמה, הניהול, הלימוד, ויצירת ההנאה מהערב. המדיה ווסט קמה בהשראת המדיה נוצ'ה - קבוצה התנדבותית המארגנת פעילויות סלסה תחת העקרון שמי שיודע מלמד את מי שלא. למרות שאיננו חלק מארגון המדיה נוצ'ה, אנו פועלים תחת עקרונות דומים, ולכן כמיטב המסורת גם אצלינו תמצאו קודם כל אווירה טובה ואנשים טובים, וכן, גם ווסט קואוסט סווינג. :) ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ לו"ז: 21:10- התכנסות+חימום 21:15- שיעור 22:15 - מסיבה! * רמה 1 - שיעור בסיס עם בנשי וליהיא Gal Ben Shimol Lihi Milgrom (שיעור 2 מותך 2). רמה זו מתאימה גם לאנשים שמעולם לא רקדו,אין צורך להגיע עם בן/בת זוג. שני השיעורים לא תלויים אחד בשני, אבל מומלץ לחזור עליהם לפחות פעמיים :) * רמה 2 - עם ברק Barak Itkin (שיעור 1 מתוך 3) מומלץ לעלות לרמה 2 לאחר שחזרתם על רמה 1 לפחות פעמיים ואחרי שהבנתם את הקצב :) שיעור וויפ! * רמה 3 פלאשמוב - עם איתן Eitan Niv - ממשיכים לעבוד עלך הפלאשמוב!! מומלץ לעלות לרמה 3 רק אחרי שסיימתם את רמה 2 לפחות פעמיים/שלוש, ואתם מצליחים טוב בטכניקה של whip. * רמה 3 טכניקה - שיעור עם מלאאא טכניקה קשה ומהממת ביחד עם אדם Adam Zeira! רמת הטכניקה, מיועדת למי שסיימו את רמה 3 מספר פעמים, ומרגישים טוב עם כל האלמנטים שנלמדו בה. תגיעו בזמן, כי כל שיעור הוא הרפתקה חדשה :) ** לא בטוחים לאיזו רמה להיכנס? דברו עם אחראי הערב - Matan Ziv או כל אחד מהמדריכים האחרים, ותמיד נשמח לעזור :) ** בנוסף, כל הצוות ישמח לעזור לכם לאורך הערב בכל דבר שנוכל. נשמח לעשות כל שאפשר בשביל לודא שהכי נוח ומוצלח לכם שנוכל. ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ איך מגיעים שאלתם? אם יש וויז או גוגל מפות - חיים לבנון 37 תל אביב, יספיק לכם. אם אין - אנחנו רוקדים במרכז הקהילתי, ממש מול מכון התקנים. למפת המיקום: http://goo.gl/maps/AtjIE יש חניה בשפע ובחינם! אז מחכים לרקוד אתכם ! :)) ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ This week, we'll have the warmup with Lihi Milgrom and the music by DJ Sna-E Lihi Milgrom Media West is a free social dancing West Coast Swing club, operated by volunteers. The club is meant for students, but welcomes with open arms all audiences. Media West follows the same principles of the Media Noche* clubs: 1. Those who know teach those who don't 2. If you don't do it - it won't happen (*Media Noche: Salsa clubs active across the country) This means that all of us participate by organizing, managing, teaching, and creating a fun atmosphere throughout the evening. The Media West was inspired by the Media Noche - a volunteer-based group organizing Salsa activities under the principle that those who know teach those who don't. While we're not a part of Media Noche, we beleive in similar principles, and in its customs you'll find with us good atmosphere, good people, and most importantly, west coast swing :) Schedule: 21:10 Gathering + Warm-up 21:15 Class 22:15 Party! * Level 1 - Basics, lesson 2 out of 2 Suitable for everyone, including people who have never danced. No need to come with a partner. Both lessons are independent but it's recommended to repeat them both at least twice :) * Level 2 - lesson 1 out of 3 Recommended after completing level 1 for 2-3 times, and after you feel comfortable with the rhythm and timing of the dance. * Level 3 - Flash mob! Recommended after completing level 2 for 2-3 times, and after you have a solid understanding of the "whip" variation. * Level 4 - Technique lesson Technique level is for experienced dancers, after completing level 3 a few times, and after feeling pretty comfortable with all of it's content. Make sure to come on time, as every lesson does something brand new :) ** Not sure which level to enter? Reach out to the evening manager, to the guy with the beard or any of the instructors, and we'll be happy to help! :) ** **Don't speak Hebrew?
