This Day Retreat will guide you on an outer and inner adventure. A full day with Yoga, Active Meditation, Estatic Dance with a Live DJ, nourishing food and drinks, relaxation by the pool, and more.
Together as a group we will dive into the meaning of freedom, and explore ways to release the knots that prevent us from stepping into our inner freedom.
