FREEDOM'S DAY - LINDY HOP

FREEDOM, it's everything and we get to celebrate and appreciate it together on the 5th of May! Not for nothing, dance and in specific Lindy Hop (an Afro-American dance) has always been a way to celebrate life. This especially in the light of its development in times of segregation and inequality in the US. Nowadays, the dance is danced everywhere in the world and people travel all around so that they get to explore the freedom of the Lindy Hop community. Join an afternoon of LIVE music by two charismatic Swing Bands and dance performances & workshops by two local swing dance organisations (Lindy Spirit & Swing Philosophy).
