Fremont Stomp ft. Midnight Starlight + Switch Social Contest

When: Saturday, October 4th Where: 211 N 36th Street, Seattle, WA, 98103 Price: $20 admission; $15 for students (pay at the door) LIVE MUSIC from Midnight Starlight! --Switch Social Contest-- Enter as individual dancer and be prepared to dance both roles! This contest is about dancing well as both a leader and a follower and switching smoothly between roles during a single dance. You’ll be paired with a variety of random partners for prelims. Finals will be spotlight format (dance for ~1 minute with your partner to your own song). Bpm will be around 160. --Schedule-- 7pm - Intermediate Lindy Hop, Intermediate Balboa 8pm - Beginner Lindy Hop, Intermediate Authentic Jazz 9pm-12am - Live music First Band Break (~9:45pm) - Prelims Top of the Third Set (~11pm) - Finals
