JAMBO , One of London's most popular world music club nights will be launch next 20th September @ Magic Garden in Battersea with some of the deadliest African rhythms live plus Dj Sessions by Dj Russ Jones aka Hackney Globetrotter inviting on this special occassion to Dj Rita Ray. Back in 2010 Dj Russ Jones created Afro Cup Festival celebrating African music in London with diversity of bands & Dj's alongside the worldcup. This year JAMBO! will bring more roots styles showcasing styles that veer the music of Africa includes a broad variety like : Soukous, Lingala, Ndombolo, Makossa, Afrobeat, Afropop, Mbalax, Benga, Morna, Highlife, Jazz, Zouk, Raï, afro-latin and many more. Get ready to see some of the best artists and styles from different bands influenced by African rhythms and sounds.
