WELCOME TO OUR 3 ROOM SUMMER SOCIAL DANCE PARTY WITH SALSA, BACHATA, AND ZOUK! With this party, we’re celebrating that summer is finally coming, with its magical bright nights, and enjoying a fantastic evening of social dancing together ✨ ℹ️ WHAT’S THE CONCEPT? This is a place to dance both if you’re a beginner who wants to explore what these social partner dances are all about, as well as if you’re an experienced dancer looking for your favorite dancefloor and music! Our experienced dancers love guiding beginners and welcome new people into the world of dance, so that everyone has a great time. No partner needed. Come as you are, solo, with a friend, the gang, your parents or grandma. Everyone is welcome! Kick off the night with one of the pre-social workshops! We’ll be rotating partners throughout the workshops, so it’s a great chance to both learn some new dance moves, warm up for the social, and to get to know new people. And it’s only 50 NOK extra for a 60min class! Indoor shoes are appreciated to keep the studio as clean as possible. No need for special dance shoes, comfy sneakers are perfectly fine. No need to register, just show up & pay with Vipps at the door. However, we highly appreciate it if you click attending on this event to make it visible for more people 🥰 SCHEDULE: 🕗 20:00-21:00 (the reception opens 19:30) ROOM 1: Bachata sensual workshop with our international guest instructor Alex and our own star Natalia, both pro Jack&Jill winners and world final qualifiers 🔥 ROOM 2: Mambo workshop with the brilliant Bjørn Are & Ingeborg 🔥 ROOM 3: Zouk workshop focusing on quality of movements, connection techniques and grounding with the deeply engaged Sophie & Sara Lisa 🔥 Suitable for both leaders and followers. You’re invited to bring socks to dance in. All workshops are on Open/Intermediate level, to give dancers on all levels something useful for your social dancing. Room 3: DJ Rolf Anders & DJ NIPS - Your mixed zouk heaven! 🍹 You’re allowed to bring your own drinks and snacks, and there will also be cold soft drinks for sale.
