Friday Contact Jam

Contact jam every Friday 6:45pm-8:45pm at Performing Dance Center. Come play if you want to and learn if you're curious. We have a group of rotating hosts- Leah, Nancy, Kiera, Indigo, and Michelle CONTACT WARM-UP - 6:45-7:15 This short warm-up/class will focus on some great fundamentals, for beginners and experienced contacters alike. We all get to learn from each other! Practice feeling more comfortable with sharing your weight, or engaging in contact improv at your pace. You may choose to participate or do your own thing during this warm-up time REST OF TIME- JAM! 7:15pm-8:45pm Enter and leave at your interest. $5 to jam Pay with cash or venmo to the host
