He began his dance training at 16 and had extensive training in various dance style like Afro Beat & Hip Hop. For the past 14 years, he primarily focused on Kizomba/UrbanKiz/Kizomba Fusion, also teaching AfroBeat & Tarraxo occasionally. Eight years ago, he started teaching in Australia and abroad, helping dancers elevate their skills. He’ve taught in France, Spain, New Caledonia, Taiwan, New Zealand, and numerous Australian cities. He organize the Sydney Afro Kiz Festival and host a weekly Kizomba party, “KOB” Kiz Off Broadway, attracting 60-80 dancers every Sunday. Kizomba, a captivating dance style originating from Angola, blends African rhythms and Portuguese influences, creating a unique, enchanting dance experience. The dance is known for its relatively slow, romantic pace, and smooth, grounded movements, often compared to a walking motion. The simplicity of the basic steps allows dancers to fully immerse themselves in the expression of the music. In Sydney, Kizomba dance has gained a passionate following. The city offers various Kizomba dance classes where beginners to intermediate dancers can discover this unique style. Welcome to ours…..
