Fridays: CI Jam in the Park

Contact Improvisation Jam (No experience necessary!) Who wants some nourishing movement based connections with self and others?? Arrive anytime, but if you want to learn some CI tools and have a guided warm-up into the jam, arrive by 5:10p. Leah or Chris (both with over 5 years CI teaching experience) will lead something fun and relevant to whoever shows up. We don't plan on forcing any mask wearing if you plan to contact others (this seems counterintuitive, but I’m open to suggestions if the majority wants to wear masks) 😷 And I see a potential for showing up and distancing yourself if that’s where you are comfortable. This is a time to improvise! I would leave mask wearing up to you, seeing as we’re outdoors. (We may move to a studio at some point, but for now, count on a jam every Friday 5p-7p)
