Get ready to go FROM SITTING... TO SALSA! Bring your two left feet and hesitations! This Course is designed to introduce you to Salsa with the goal of being comfortable dancing by the end of the Course. This is all Solo Footwork, Body Movement & Shadow Partnerwork. These are all elements that will help you better prepare for Partnerwork and Social Dancing! The more you know and feel good on your own, the more you'll be able to connect with a partner! No partner needed for this Course. If you are a Couple that wants to learn Salsa, this is still a fantastic step toward dancing together!
