ALETYA PRESENTS: FSTU - ECSTATIC DANCE ✨�with Kaifi Heracles Istanbul, Turkey Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering that encourages freedom and self-expression through dance. In this gathering, nourished by the From Separation To Unity (FSTU®) field, Kaifi Heracles invites us into a dance space that moves from the body to the heart, from separation to unity, through a musical journey. It is an invitation to dance in a safe and inspiring space—free from conversation, alcohol, and the conventional nightclub atmosphere. This experience creates space to liberate the body and mind, to express oneself,�and to build a deep connection both with oneself and with the people around. Ecstatic Dance supports people from all walks of life—regardless of body type, age, background, or experience—to express themselves freely. While its liberating atmosphere creates a space where acceptance is naturally felt, the fearless way people move gives even first-time participants the courage to dance without any restrictions.
