Class Description: In this workshop, Liza is going to teach you 4 ways of body movement while you are doing the basics that will profoundly change your dance process. We are going to work on different ways of hip movements, how to dance from head to toe, how to integrate the movement in musicality, the cultural aspect of the Dominican movement, and how to think about your basic from body movement and not from the steps.
